Enter the Matrix throws plenty of guns at you on its own, but the hacking system lets you do more than just unlock cheats. Once you reach the hidden tools, you can use DROP codes to plant weapon caches in specific levels. That makes this page handy for both replay runs and cleanup attempts on tougher missions.

Before you use weapon drops

  • You need to work through the hacking side far enough to unlock the extra tools. If you have not done that yet, start with the Hacking Guide.
  • Weapon drops are best for replays, challenge runs, or for smoothing out a level that is giving you trouble. They are not something most players need on a first clean run.
  • Some cheats and hacks can make saves behave strangely, so if a file gets weird after experimenting, turn the code back off and reset.

Weapon drop codes

Location DROP code Why it helps
Post Office – 2nd floor PO boxes B1AXXF2 A nice early boost if you want to hit the back half of the mission harder.
Chateau – 2nd floor west area JDZMT10 Useful because the Chateau can turn into close-range chaos quickly.
Airport Tunnel RKHMS10 Good insurance in one of the game’s longer and nastier combat missions.
Chinatown warehouse ZSZQH10 Helpful late when the route starts stacking pressure before the finale.
Airport Concourse / north area PNSRZ10 Another strong Airport support code if you want help before the bigger hangar stretches.
Chateau courtyard ZKHBD10 Lets you hit one of the route’s most stylish brawls with better firepower.
Power Plant – transformer field JDHQL10 Useful for an industrial mission where bad room entries cost a lot of health.
Sewer Canal JXTRR10 Nice support for one of the tighter tunnel-heavy sections.
Skyscraper RHFTQ10 Good late-game insurance in a mission that punishes exposed mistakes.

Best use cases

  • Airport: If the belt-room and hangar marathon keeps wearing you down, the Airport-related drop codes are the most practical place to start.
  • Chateau: Great if you want more margin in the game’s close-quarters chaos.
  • Power Plant and Skyscraper: Best saved for later runs or cleanup when you already know the route and just want a little breathing room.
