Enter the Matrix splits its story between Niobe and Ghost. A few stages overlap, but the routes are not identical, and some of the best moments are character-specific. If you want the full picture, it is worth playing both campaigns.

- Niobe – Niobe’s 13-mission path, from Post Office to Onboard the Logos.
- Ghost – Ghost’s 15-mission path, including Aqueduct and Zen Garden.

- Both characters hit big shared set pieces like the Airport, Chateau, Freeway, Power Plant, and Skyscraper.
