In the original Matrix, Neo harkens back to a noodle shop where he states they have “really good noodles”. Fast forward and in the Matrix Resurrections Neo is eating noodles in a restaurant, but with an interesting meta twist.
Where Neo is eating there hangs a picture inside of the restaurant of a younger Keanu. It displays the family restaurant, House of Nanking, which is the same restaurant in Matrix 4. In addition to Keanu, The Matrix directors and creators, and the crew are longtime fans of House of Nanking.
