Merry Christmas!

Happy Holidays from your Matrix News man at MatrixFans.net! It’s this time of year that we celebrate the birth of our Lord and/or visit with family and friends. Take some time to sit back and reflect of what a year this has been. Right now, our armed forces are overseas fighting for the safety of the United States, away from family during these important holidays, and many are without members of their family to bring comfort and joy. So during this holiday season, remember that the most important thing that you can do, is make others feel accepted. Bring a little light of love into everyone you pass, and perhaps you’ll save a few lives, or give someone that much needed glimmer of hope. Have a warm and safe holiday season!

We wish all of you and yours a safe and wonderful Christmas. Visit with your family. When it comes down to it, they’re the ones that will stick by you through good times and bad. And yes, friends can be considered family. Celebrate the day that Christ has come into the world, to die for us!

And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And this [shall be] a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.

“I Celebrate The Day”

Relient K
Deck the Halls, Bruise your Hand

And with this Christmas wish is missed
The point I could convey
If only I could find the words to say to let You know how much You’ve touched my life
Because here is where You’re finding me, in the exact same place as New Year’s eve
And from a lack of my persistency
We’re less than half as close as I want to be

And the first time
That You opened Your eyes did You realize
that You would be my Savior
And the first breath that left Your lips
Did You know that it would change this world forever
And so this Christmas I’ll compare the things I felt in prior years
To what this midnight made so clear
That You have come to meet me here

To look back and think that
This baby would one day save me
In the hope that what You did
That you were born so I might live
To look back and think that
This baby would one day save me

And I, I celebrate the day
That You were born to die
So I could one day pray for You to save my life
