Some franchises get discussed in terms of favorite scenes or favorite characters. The Matrix does that too, of course, but it also keeps pulling us back into the questions.
Why did Smith change the way he did? How much did the Oracle really know? What counts as choice in a system built to contain it? Which mysteries deserve an answer, and which ones are better left vibrating in the walls?

Which Matrix mystery or plot question do you still love debating most?
It can be a big philosophical problem or a very specific story point. Something from the original film, the sequels, Resurrections, the games, or the wider mythology. The only real rule is that it still gets your brain going.
