That’s what I was thinking, too. It’s a shame, although even more Animatrix shorts would be better than nothing. Personally, I’d love to see more from the Matrix world. We’re approaching the 10 year anniversary of the Matrix Reloaded / Revolutions, and going through hundreds of old news stories has made me wish there was something new in the works.

I met Keanu Reeves at his Piccadilly signing session. I agree he is fiercely intelligent, as well as charming and witty. A real gentleman. However, you should know that he stated Ode to Happiness was not a response to sad Keanu; rather, the ‘word picture’, as he described it, was conceived about a year before the papp photo was taken.

i would love to see a 4 and 5 matrix movie however if u would to do a 4 and 5 movie would u guys consider doing a PREQUEL and SEQUEL heres why i say this wouldnt u want to know where and how and in more depths of morpheus and trinity how they got into “the matrix” themselves and how did they discover certain elements of “the matrix”? ALSO THE BIGGER QUESTION OF ALL THIS IS… how did this war of start? or perhaps just perhaps the ORACLE and the SOURCE? Since the source said this “its been either (5 or 6 times) that the matrix has been distroyed” wouldnt u like to know who how what when where this all began? i mean those r just SOME QUESTIONS that u could question but as far as a SEQUEL people say (NEO IS DEAD?) How do u say hes dead if we really didnt see him die and at the end of the 3rd matrix the lil girl asked ORACLE”do u think we will ever see neo again ORACLE says i hope so” so these r my questions again i know this is just a movie i know all these sipulations of movies and all but wouldnt u think the audience would want to know a lil bit more about these “CAUSE AND EFFECTS”? and all this in 3D would be nice

As happy as it makes me when people acknowledge that the second two films are not awful, like everyone makes them out to be, I have to disagree with what he said about the Neo/Trinity relationship. That story arc is one of the strongest and most important in the trilogy. The reason Neo was able to avoid doing what the previous “ones” did – and the reason he was able to save her life in the following scene – was because he was in love with her. The strength of their relationship is also what drives him to save Zion. I also think Keanu was perfect for the role, and not “boring to watch!” I honestly think the movies wouldn’t be as good if it had been another actor playing Neo; he just fit into the role like no one else could.
